Purpose: A one-time 7500 Euros scholarship is available to full-time undergraduates at U.S. colleges and universities. Prize given for independent senior thesis research, participation in a
summer course at a German university or an internship at a German institution or business. Scholarship of four to ten months is for a semester or year abroad in Germany. Scholarship applicants must have at least sophomore standing at the time of application and must have at least junior standing at the beginning of the award period.
