Purpose: One-time award open to graduating high school seniors in Columbia, Washington, or Yamhill counties, or to college students from households with at least one union member. Preference given to applicants whose legal guardians are rank-and-file members of local carpenter unions. Must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. Essay required. See Web site for details.
