Purpose: Awards for residents of Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, or Yamhill Counties in Oregon or Clark County, Washington. Award for the study of broadcasting or journalism at the undergraduate level. One-time award. Focus: Journalism; TV/Radio Broadcasting Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
