(Four Year College/Scholarship)
Purpose: Award for residents of Clackamas, Lane, Multnomah, and Washington counties. First preference to applicants enrolling at least half-time in upper-division or graduate programs at four-year colleges. College sophomores and above. Students with 2.50-3.50 GPA. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
