Purpose: Award for students pursuing doctoral degrees or postdoctoral studies in electrical engineering, electronic or communications engineering, physics, mathematics,
computer science or technology, or information management. The dean of the college of engineering at an accredited university in the U.S. may nominate one candidate. Only one candidate per university will be considered. Must be a U.S. citizen. Submit abstract or prospectus. Focus: Electrical Engineering/Electronics; Engineering/Technology; Computer Science/Data Processing; Physical Sciences and Math Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
