$2000 NBNA Board of Directors Scholarship
(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)
Purpose: Scholarships for licensed persons who are members of National Black Nurses Association who are enrolled at an accredited school of nursing pursuing a bachelor's or
advanced degree. Requires transcript, letter of recommendation from local chapter and school of nursing, and self-addressed stamped envelope. Must show evidence of involvement in African-American community. Student NBNA fee-$35. Must have at least one full year of school remaining. Focus: Nursing Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to employees or relatives of employees within the following industries: community service.
