Purpose: Award for graduating seniors of a U.S. public high school with first preference going to applicants from high schools in Josephine County, Oregon. Second preference is for applicants who are orphans or from foster or single-parent homes. Prior-year recipients may reapply annually. Application deadline is March 1. Qualif.: High school students not considered.
