ELCA Scholarships for Women
(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)
Purpose: Several named scholarships provided for ELCA women in undergraduate, graduate, professional or vocational courses of study. Must be at least 21 years old and hold membership in the ELCA. Must have experienced an interruption in education of two or more years since the completion of high school. For more details see Web site: http://www.elca.org/wo. Qualif.: Applicant must be: age 21 or older, female. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to members of the following religions: Lutheran.
Funds Avail.: Minimum no. of awards: 7. Maximum award amount: $1200. Deadline: 2/15.
