Winnie Davis-Children of the Confederacy Scholarship
(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)
Purpose: Award for full-time undergraduate student who is a descendant of a Confederate soldier, enrolled in an accredited college or university and carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester. Recipient must be, or have been until age of 18, a participating member
