Mary Rowena Cooper Scholarship Fund
(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: Purpose is to provide need-based financial aid for students seeking degrees, certificates, or diplomas at vocational schools, technical schools, community colleges, and universities and colleges. Preference for applicants is: orphaned children of Vietnam vets of any service unit designation and, next, children not orphaned whose parent(s)

served in the military during the Vietnam conflict. The fund has particular interest in, though is not restricted to, assisting students going into medicine, law, engineering and teaching. Application fee is $20. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
