Purpose: For graduating high-school seniors who are dependents of Wal-Mart employees. Employee must be full time for at least one year.
Based on academic progress, financial need, school and community involvement and leadership. A $13,000 renewable award for tuition, books fees, and on-campus room and board at an accredited two- or four-year U.S. institution. Qualif.: Applicant must be: dependent of a full-time, one-year employee of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., a graduating high school senior with at least 22 composite ACT or 1030 combined SAT (critical reading + math), a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident. Additional qualifications apply.
